Before buying our first home in 2015, my wife and I had very little money saved up and our credit wasn't great. Although we knew it would be difficult, we did everything possible to make it happen.
Two years later, we sold that home with enough equity to pay off debt, and still put a large down payment on our next home. That experience showed me the power that real estate has to change lives.
